By accessing and using PrintMyProfile.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PrintMyProfile.com provides free online tools that generate printable business cards featuring gaming and social profile information from platforms including Roblox, Minecraft, Steam, and Discord. The Service creates PDF documents containing user-provided names, gaming usernames, avatars retrieved from third-party APIs or OAuth2 authorization, and QR codes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to create cards for usernames or profiles that do not belong to you without the owner's permission
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent, harassing, or malicious purpose
  • Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the Service through automated requests or excessive use
  • Use the generated cards to impersonate others or for deceptive purposes
  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell the Service itself or its underlying code

Intellectual Property

The PrintMyProfile.com website, its design, and its code are the property of PrintMyProfile. The business cards you generate are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Gaming platform logos, avatars, and profile data belong to their respective owners (Roblox Corporation, Mojang Studios/Microsoft, Valve Corporation, Discord Inc.). Our use of these elements is for the purpose of creating personalized user content and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with these companies.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and OAuth2 services (Roblox, Mojang, Crafatar, Steam, Discord) to retrieve gaming and social profile data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Changes to these APIs may affect the Service's functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
